A professional dancer for 20 years, Freeze’s credits include the movie Dirty Dancing and the Broadway production of Swan Lake. Having begun teaching Pilates in 1998, Freeze created the first Pilates class in YWCA history. Certified in the Stott Pilates method, he is a qualified Teacher Trainer. Freeze is routinely invited to perform at such major universities as Belot, Hofstra, Drew and UCAL San Diego. He trains dancers from City Ballet and the Ailey Company and teaches for the Peter Goss Company in Paris.
