Pre/Postnatal
training is a unique blend of Pilates, yoga and basic fitness
principles for the expectant as well as new mom. Training is vital
to develop stamina and strength for labor and delivery and to restore
muscle tone after the baby is born. Strong emphasis on abdominals,
pelvic floor and back musculature will make the entire birthing
experience less taxing to the body. All programs adhere to the American
College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) guidelines. An
excellent way to progressively return to your pre-pregnancy fitness
program.
Private, semi-private and group classes available.
Babies are welcome in classes. |
